Methylation BeadChip (Human / Mouse)
HumanMethylation EPIC晶片提供超過850,000個探針(probe)來進行DNA甲基化(human methylation)之偵測。 此晶片一次可進行8個樣品的實驗，為目前進行表觀遺傳學(Epigenetics)研究最多人選用之平台，也是目前提供最多探針之晶片。

Genotyping BeadChip
Omni Array 系列 提供最佳且最廣泛的基因型探針，可偵測通用(commom)及較罕見(rare)的基因型。Omni 2.5和Omni 5晶片的差異主要在於探針(probe)的數量以及每片晶片所能進行的樣品數目。 Omni 2.5的探針數為250萬，而Omni 5的探針數為500萬。Omni 2.5每片晶片可進行的sample數量為8個，而Omni 5每片晶片可進行的sample數量為4個。
