Genotyping BeadChip

The Omni Array series provides the best and most extensive genotyping probe that can detect common and rare genotypes. The major difference between Omni 2,5 and Omni 5 chips is the number of probs and the number of samples that can be processed per chips. The number of probes for Omni 2.5 is 2.5 million, while the number of probes for Omni 5 is 5 million. The number of samples that can be performed per chips for Omni 2,5 is 8 and the number of samples that perform for Omni 5 per chips if 4.
